Satisfying Sunday

What a nice Sunday, Moms is home from her trip.

I caught a lizard...

(Sandi took off the tail, I didn't do that)

I kissed Sandi Claws...

(for taking the tail off the lizard)

Then I kissed Black Kitteh...

(even though she didn't help with the lizard)

Then we laid in the last Sun puddle....

(while looking for more lizards)

Yep, it was a Satisfying Sunday!



Jasper's Award!

 I received my very first blog award today.

What an honor from Pasha!

I am supposed to illuminate everybody with an untold secret.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone! 

When I was 7 weeks old, my Moms stepped on me

and I had to get a cast…we don’t talk about it much

(and I still don’t like being near high heeled shoes).

It turned out okay, I can climb trees and jump and everything.

I'm supposed to answer 11 questions:

Defects?  I’m puuuurfect!

I’m a good hunter and climber

I don’t have a pet, I have 2 girlies instead.

But if we're calling my girlies "pets"

then Black Kitteh is my favorite

To be able to walk through walls,

so I don’t have to wake up Moms at 2am every morning to let me in

8-What is your greatest fear?

THE VET (Moms doesn't like it either)

LOLcat Bible.  Srsly.  And I’m not even religious.

Jasper's Misadventure

So I was "getting it on" with Sandi Claws

(as I do)...

When all of a sudden, Black Kitteh came by...

THEN Sandi Claws FLIPPED OUT

(Whoa, that is a serious flip out)

But my beautiful Black Kitteh, was like "yawn, I don't care..."

...and then Sandi Claws yawned

proving once again, that yawning is contagious!



Flashback Friday

I wanted to do Flashback Friday on Friday

but Moms was out with her BFF

So I'm doing my first Flashback Friday on Caturday...

6 weeks after I was borned, Moms and Dad came to see me for the first time

Can you guess which one is me?

I climbed on Dads lap and cuddled up.

He said, "Well, this doesn't suck...

6 weeks is awfuly young -

he's infested with fleas -

We'll take THIS ONE!"

And this is what I looked like on my first day home

after my first (and only) bath

Moms and Dad pulled 41 fleas off of me

and squished them with tweezers.



Mousie!

We're a good team. 

One of us makes noise, the other two flush it out

and together we have...

a MOUSIE!!

(I wish Moms and Dads were this happy when we catch the birdies)

Yawn

What a lazy day...

Is yawning contagious???

Yep, it sure is!!

Logging

So blogging is new to me...

But I've LOGGED before

That was a scary, scary night

But it was also the BEST night

Because SHE came running in, on her own,

for the first time to be with me all night

That's my beautiful Black Kitteh, the night after she

ran into my arms.  Moms and Dad said it was a windstorm.

And then the next morning was the first time I ever LOGGED.

It made for a good scratching post too...

...but it really messed up my roof access!

Our Story

Hi, I'm Jasper.

I'm an Orange and White Boy Cat and I know everythiiing of the world because I'm two years old.

That's me chillaxin. 

I'm am the chosen one.  That means I was picked from a litter.

My moms (she's the one who feeds me) is helping me with this blog
and my dad (the guy with the stinky feet) always plays with me. 
Until I grew up of course, then I didn't want to play with him as much.

So there I was, in my new house with no brothers or sisters to play with, all growed up. 

And Then I Found HER:

Moms and Dad thought she was an older lady cat who taught me everything in the world
that I didn't KNOW. 

and I didn't know a LOT!

She's missing two teeth and she has a crooky tail, but I LOVE HERR!

Moms and dad think she was abandoned.  They say she's a stray.

But I chose her, so she's s MY chosen one.

I don't know why they still call her a stray,
she lives here whenever she wants and comes in and out of the house all the time.

But before that, one day she went missing. 

And she was missing for a long time! 

Oh, I was so sad.

Moms and dad went to the Pound to see if my Black Kitteh was there.

(she wasn't)

But Black Kitteh came back! 

But she was all beat up.

Isn't that sad? 

We think she had a fight with a raccoon.

But she got better real quick.

Moms and dad were scared that I'd lose my bestest companion,
so they chose a POUND Kitteh for me!

They got me a girl!

Isn't she beautiful?  Her name is Sandi Claws and I LOVE HERR.

She likes to stay inside, but when she does go out, she catches birds.

And sometimes lizzards

but mostly birds.

She's a really good hunter.

So that's us:

Jasper (me) the chosen one

Sandi Claws - the pound kitteh - she's chosen too
Black Kitteh - the stray (my chosen one).

And we all get along!

And that's the beginning of the Tail of 3 Kittehs!
